Terms of Service

getchatsocial.com (the "Service") is a conversational social media management application published by Brandyze. The Service allows authenticated users to analyse their social media presence, generate content, schedule and publish posts to connected social networks, and run autonomous tasks via an AI agent powered by the Brandyze engine and its 200+ MCP tools.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern use of the Service. By creating an account or using the Service you unconditionally accept these Terms.

Access to the Service requires creating an account with a valid email address and a strong password. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials confidential. All activity carried out from your account is presumed to have been performed by you.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of your legal guardian, to use the Service.

The Service offers several subscription plans (Free, Pro, Agency — details and pricing to be announced). While the Service is in public beta, use is free within the defined quotas. At general availability, the applicable pricing will be published at getchatsocial.com/#pricing and you will be notified before any transition to paid plans.

No automatic charge will be made without your prior explicit consent.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate or distribute illegal, defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, or pornographic content, or content that infringes the dignity of others.
• Engage in spam, abusive publication automation, or coordinated inauthentic campaigns on connected networks.
• Generate misinformation, fake reviews, fake engagement, fake identities, or impersonate any third party.
• Circumvent the usage policies of third-party platforms (LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, YouTube) that you connect.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to access internal components of the Service or Brandyze without authorisation.
• Use the Service to train a competing AI model.

Any breach may result in immediate suspension of your account, without notice or refund.

Your content. You retain full ownership of the content you provide (URLs, brand brief, instructions) and the content generated on your behalf (posts, scripts, ideas). You may export and reuse it freely.

Licence granted to Brandyze. You grant Brandyze a non-exclusive, worldwide licence, limited to the duration of your use of the Service, to host, process, analyse and display your content strictly for the purpose of providing the Service. This licence does not include the right to train AI models on your content.

Our service. The code, interface, system prompts, agent and getchatsocial.com brand remain the exclusive property of Brandyze. Nothing in these Terms transfers any rights in those elements to you.

When you connect a third-party account (LinkedIn, X, etc.), you authorise getchatsocial.com to act on your behalf within the permissions granted via OAuth. You remain solely responsible for published content, its compliance with the target platform's policies, and any resulting consequences.

You may revoke these authorisations at any time from your settings or directly on the third-party platform.

You may delete your account at any time from your settings or by writing to [email protected]. Deletion results in the erasure of your data within 30 days, except where legally required to retain it.

Brandyze may suspend or terminate your account in the event of a breach of these Terms, a risk to the security of the Service, or discontinuation of the Service with reasonable notice.

The Service is provided "as is". Brandyze uses its best efforts to ensure availability, security and quality of generated responses, but cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness or fitness of AI-generated content for any particular purpose. You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating and publishing generated content.

To the extent permitted by law, Brandyze's liability to you under the Service is limited to the amounts actually paid by you in the preceding 12 months. Brandyze shall not be liable for indirect damages (loss of revenue, loss of data, reputational harm).

The Service depends on third-party services (LLM providers, social platforms, hosting providers). Interruptions may occur beyond our control. Brandyze commits to no contractual service level (SLA) unless a paid plan has been subscribed to and an explicit SLA has been communicated.

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their formation, performance or interpretation shall, in the absence of an amicable resolution, fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brandyze's registered office, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.

Brandyze reserves the right to amend these Terms. Any material change will be notified to you by email or via the application at least 15 days before it takes effect. Your continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the changes, you may delete your account at no cost.
